Reflection

  We need to understand the novel before we do this project. And this book is talking about a murder, and the detectives are trying to find out the killer, their investigation may not be really successful, but at least they can find the killer. It teaches us, watch out for any little things that beside you, and if you have any problems that you can’t solve, find another way to solve, you may get some information from those things.

  I will choose this book is because I am interested at something that is a little bit scary but not too scary. This book is the book in the library that let me feel fun, unlike other books; the title also let me feel interested. Secrets Lie & Alibis how fun it is, what that is about, who knows. Read and you will know.

Goal, dream, and motives

 Detectives’ goal is to catch the killer who killed Megan; they started the investigation to catch the killer. Megan’s dream before she got kill, she wish she never went with the killer, so she won’t got kill, and she still can live with her family. For killer’s goal is to not let the detectives catch him.

  Detectives want to catch the killer is because that’s their job. Detectives want to catch the killer, and they wish the world can live without crime, people can have safe life, and they don’t need to worry the will got murder someday. Let people feel comfortable is part of their job, they will try to catch the killer, it’s because if they do it, people will feel safe and they won’t worry about their safety.

  Megan just want to have a normal life like anybody does, but since she make a wrong choice, her life was totally change. She got murder by someone that she knows, and she doesn’t want that to happen at all. Let’s what she wish she can do it before she got murder.

  Killer may not intend to kill Megan, after he killed Megan he try to cover his crime, he even kill another guy, just because that guy know the killer kill Megan. He lies to the detectives but he failed, the detective found out he is telling the truth about Megan’s murder. He got arrest after that.

Chapter 31-42

  Detectives started to investigate about Joe Higgins and his friend Matthew DeLong. Detectives know those people in the club, which Megan's friend tell them about. They found out Joe Higgins have some problems before, he got arrest before and the cases is about rape. Mac and Kevin started to think maybe Joe Higgins is the one who murder Megan. So they went to find Joe Higgins.

  In the front door of Joe Higgins's house, detectives knock the door, but no one answer, they knocked again until, someone tell them to wait for a minute. Joe Higgins opens the door for them, his attitude is good, he willing to help the detectives to find out the truth. Detectives start to ask questions about the murder, Joe Higgins answer most of the questions, but some of the answer start to let detectives wonder if he is telling the truth or not. He answers all the questions, but some of the answer may not be truth, that makes detective more challenge to find the truth.

  Detective doesn't trust Joe Higgins, but they still need to find more evidences or witness that can prove Joe Higgins is lying. Searching and investigating started on progress, they got enough evidences and they are sure that’s all the evidences they need for finding out the killer for Megan’s case. Things started to change the truth are coming out now.

  Joe Higgins is the killer for Megan’s case. When detectives know about this, Joe Higgins killed another guy name Gordon, Joe use Gordon’s own knife to kill him. It’s just because Gordon know about Joe is the one who killed Megan, when they search the place Gordon live, they found a letter saying, Gordon know that Joe murder Megan, and he want money for his silence, the thing is over now. Detectives finally can have a good vocation now.

  Kevin started to question Gordon. Gordon is the guy who like Megan, and Kevin is thinking Gordon may be the one who have killed Megan.  Gordon may because of jealous about Megan dated with other guy, so he killed her. And that's what Kevin want to make sure if that is the truth or not.

  Gordon dated with Megan for a few times, but after that, Megan started flirt with other guy, that is the reason may make Gordon decided to killed her. There still have a lot people who is in Kevin's list. Gordon may not be the first one on the list, but things may change.

  Kevin started asked him question, before he started interview Gordon, he let him take a test first. After the test he started ask him questions. Gordon keep saying he didn't killed Megan, but the first thing Kevin say is he don't believe what did Gordon say. Gordon started become angry, until Kevin try to cool him down. After questioning Gordon, Kevin tell his partner Mac, he think Gordon's name may become at the top of the list. 

  Kevin, Eric, and Mac went to a club, which Megan worked before, and they got another information. Megan was flirted with a guy's name Joe Higgins. They ask Meredith more about the guy. Meredith is the girl who work with Megan, and she is the one who can give more information to the detectives. New person's name comes up, that's mean they have something new to searching for and something new to help them find out the truth.

    The stroy begin with a murder. A girl was murder by tomentor, before she got murder, she wish she can go back, so she won't follow the man and got murder in a place which no one will notice her. Her life was ok for her.Preston Collins was the one who found a strange things and call the police, when the police got the report about this, there no detail for them to find out what's going on and what they need to do about this case. Frank is the police who is in charge about this case, the dead body need to be checked, so Mac and Linda have to go to the hospital to check out the woman body, since they are incharge for it.  The dectative also play a role in the case, Dectative Kevin, who will work with Frank, and they started wondering about the case, finding evidence and witnesses, search for the murderer. Step by step, they starting to search more deep about the case they get it. There have a lot questions waiting for them to solve, trying to find the truth that’s the must for them.

Spectator Sport: Basketball Court

  The place is full of cheering and shouting. Half of the seats are taken by the crazy fans. Score keep changing, hard working players focus on their excited game. Passing, running, and score, all the fans are cheering for their favorite players. Last 30 seconds the game will be over, our team still loses by one point. One of the best players got the ball; all the attentions from the fans are focus in him. He shoots the ball to the small ring, and it’s in! All the audiences are crazy, a big smile show on his face.

  When the game over, the place become quiet, no cheering but silence. The brown benches are empty. The place become uninterested and disinterested when there have no game. Only a few students are there. After the game most of the students went home, but we all know the next day, the place will be full of the students again. During a long lunch time, groups of student like to play sports in our nice basketball court. Students like to play until they don’t have energy to the next class, and their wet uniform may let them get sick.

  After school, our skillful school team will practice in this area too; the boring practices are the only way to let the players got more useful skills, that make them play better and better in every games. Because of the boring practices, we can win the important games for us, and not just watch the other team get the result that we really want to get. The practice will affect our skill and that will have effect in our result. No matter how we will always proceed to our next game, we won't give up our mind. The place all of those activities done is the place that all the students like too.

Use a word to describe myself

  There have a lot words in English but which word is the best to describe you? For me, there have more than one but I think 'lazy' is the best word to describe me. Some of the people may say 'active' is the best word to describe me, but is not true. I like to play sports, but sometime I am lazy to run, that's mean I still lazy even I am doing something that will make me look active.
  Sometime my mom will tell me I am a lazy girl too, because sometime when reach home I just doing nothing or just play computer and other stuff, I never do my homework before I play. I don't really like to study, and I don't know that's because I am not using the language that I know really well for my study or other reason. But I think part of the reason is because I am lazy to study about the language I not  really understand.
  There still have more reasons why I use lazy to describe myself, and I think that's the word can be the best one to use for describing me. Now I will try to change myself, I will try not to be lazy this year.
